3. Your Responsibilities as a Client

You are responsible for:

• Researching and selecting appropriate coaches for your needs
• Verifying coach qualifications and experience independently
• Checking coach insurance coverage if required
• Reading coach profiles and reviews carefully
• Asking questions about services before booking

3.2 Safety and Risk

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Coaching activities may involve physical risk
• You participate at your own risk
• You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new physical activity
• You must inform coaches of any medical conditions or limitations
• You are responsible for your own safety during sessions

3.3 Payment and Bookings

You are responsible for:

• Paying coaches directly for their services
• Understanding pricing and payment terms before booking
• Respecting booking policies and cancellation terms
• Arriving on time for scheduled sessions
• Providing appropriate notice for cancellations

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
